Buffalo Botanicals Inc. (BBInc) established in 2018, is a family owned business registered with New York State. New York State Industrial Hemp Research Partner Processor for Fiber and Grain HEMP-P-000099.  FDA- registered processing, packaging, repackaging, labeling and relabeling company of plant-based products for human and animal consumption. (FDA Registration # 15520484828) All of the 78 plant-based extracts we use in our blends are listed as FDA approved ingredients. Our Organic product line is from a certified vendor that we have partnered with for USDA certified Organic products.

BBInc. has a written exclusive purchase order with its parent company, Three Cord Ranch LLC(License # HEMP-G-000139), to purchase all plants at time of harvest from root to flower. The Three Cord Ranch LLC, a family-owned business, has been a certified grower with the USDA since 2008. Over the years the herbs, plants and high-quality roots have turned this venture into an essential and exotic oil extraction business, and BBInc. has partnered with outside vendors of certified third-party tested plant-based oil products. 

Our essential oils formulas have been created over the past ten years and our H2O stem extraction process has given us some of the purest oils on the market. BBInc. also has partnerships with vendors for some of its exotic oils used in the formulations of its products.

The hemp oil in the hemp seed contains 75-80% polyunsaturated fatty acids (the good fats) and only 9 -11% of the saturated fatty acids (the bad fats). Hemp seed oil is reputed to be the most unsaturated oil derived from the plant kingdom.  The essential fatty acids contained in hemp seed oil are required in our diet more than any other vitamin, and your body does not produce them. Hemp seed has been dubbed "NATURES MOST PERFECTLY BALANCED OIL" because  it contains the perfect balance 3:1 ration of Omega 6 (Linolei/LA) to Omega 3 (Alpha-linolenic/LNA). Hemp seed provides an adequate supply of antioxidants (Vitamin E), carotene (precursor to Vitamin A0, phytosterols, and a number of minerals, including: calcium, magnesium, sulfur, potassium, phosphorus and modest amounts of iron.

Research and Development

Buffalo Botanicals Inc. is working with the Plant Division Operations of the Three Cord Ranch LLC. and other Western NY Industrial Hemp Research Partners to specifically highlight the cannabinoid content of which hemp oils are made. Not all industrial hemp plants are created equal. 

Hemp Bio-Fuel

Buffalo Botanicals Inc. is currently processing industrial hemp seed oil. This product is the base product for a hemp Bio-Fuel also called Bio-Diesel. This is another  renewable resource.

Bast Fiber

Buffalo Botanicals  Inc. is currently  processing hemp fiber or bast fiber. This product has been used for thousands of years to manufacture clothing, twine, ropes and cordage. It is also an excellent complement to fibers such as flax, silk,  nettle and cotton fabric blends. Hemp fiber raw products are going into the automobile, airline, maritime, space industries with agreements in place to supply hemp fabric vendors.

Hemp Fuel Pellets

Buffalo Botanicals Inc. is currently processing hemp fuel pellets for heating and grilling. Hemp fuel pellets are made from the inner core of the hemp plant stalk called Hemp Shiv, This processing grinds up the Shiv and presses the product into a pellet under great pressure. Hemp fuel pellets produce around 2% ash and can be used in a large range of pellet burners on  the market today. Wood stove, grilling and electric generation equipment is becoming more popular because or the reduced cost compared to propane, electricity and heating fuel. 

Industrial Hemp Oils

Buffalo Botanicals Inc. hemp oils extracted from seed or biomass can be used in candles, soap, lanterns, and paints.  Hemp oils are non-toxic and not harmful to the environment.

Hempcrete

Hempcrete is a bio-composite made of the woody core of the hemp plant or Shiv. We will have marketable raw materials early 2020
